Phone calls are just perfect in any enviroment, sound quality is really good, good fitment and overall quality but... Software is tragic - widget on android, not working, voice commands are way better in samsung, anc with auto transparency - why I cant have anc only mode and second option with auto transparent? Soundcore - You have made almost perfect headphones, just please buy buds 3 or 4 and 'rip off' their software and than your product will be just superior! :)
perfect product haven't used the airpods since. nice touch with the small lcd now I can see level of charge for each bud really quick. dolby is a gimmick. a bit more range then the airpods pro 2. sound kinda the same, maybe a bit worse mid ranges but I bought them for the noise canceling features and for calls. 3 devices can be activated via the app. highly recommend for calls and focusing.

Have reset and unpaired numerous times. Have also tried on 3 different phones.
